Glenworth Valley
Glenworth Valley is famous for the quality of
its horses, its professional standards and the breathtaking natural
environment Glenworth Valley is situated in a deep
valley ion the hinterland region behind the Central Coast, a
leisurely one hour drive from Sydney and Newcastle CBDs. It boasts
3000 acres of unspoilt wilderness with 50 kms of private trails to
explore.
The valley is nestled amongst thousands of acres of National
Park and along the way you will ride through a range of environment
including lush green valleys, open pastures, impressive rock
formations and tall eucalypts. Popran Creek, the purest tributary
to the Hawkesbury river, runs the length of the vallry and visitors
can refresh with a swim in the natural rock pools. The valley is
also home wallabies, several species of reptiles, kookaburras and
lyrebirds.
For three days every year, Glenworth Valley
transforms into The Peats Ridge Festival.
