APPLICATIONS ARE ON A FIRST IN BASIS 1. Your application must be submitted in full and all supporting material delivered before midnight on 21st November 2010 or it will not be considered. As the application process must be completing and submitted in one sitting we recommend looking at the form before starting the application process to ensure you have all documentation required.

 

2. When making a bank transfer please specify your application ID number (you will be given this once you submit). 

3. Payment must be submitted within 7 days of submitting your application.

Program Information
Peats Ridge Festival is an exciting platform to showcase a new Product with a captured audience over the 4 days that the festival runs. We are always looking at new products who are interested in becoming a sponsor for the years event. If you have a new product and are interested in becoming a sponsor contact stalls@peatsridgefestival.com.au and include a description of the product you intend to present or the service you are offering.

6. Insurance
PUBLIC AND PRODUCTS LIABILITY INSURANCE
  • All stalls must provide us with a valid Certificate of Currency of Public and those stalls such as Natural Products, tattooing, Food and consumables must also provide Products Liability.
  • Minimum value of $10,000,000.
  • List BAZAAR MARKETING and the PEATS RIDGE FESTIVAL PTY LTD as INTERESTED PARTIES on your Certificate of Currency.
CERTIFICATES OF CURRENCY
  • Closing date for a copy of your Certificate of Currency is the 30th of November 2010. If we have to chase you up after this date $25 will be deducted from your site bond for each call we have to make so keep us up to date with your insurance details and certificate of currency.
  • Provide both certificates of currency if Products liability insurance is on a different policy to Public Liability.
  • Fill in both public and products liability sections and repeat the same number if the two insurances are on the one policy number (this must be clearly stated on the Certificate of Currency you send to us.

If we have not received a current copy of valid certificate of currency 7 days prior to the event you will not be given access to your stall site and may forfeit your stall and stall fees.

I understand that the submission of an application does not guarantee a stall at Peats Ridge and the acceptance of my stall is at the absolute discretion of the organisers. I understand my monies will not be banked until I have been accepted as a stallholder. I understand that I will not receive a full refund under any circumstances once I have been accepted.
