JASON LOWE

Jason Lowe is a name to watch. A 20 year old troubadour with soaring emotional songs of poetic power, songs of philosophy, spirituality, love, loss, and injustice, all from a humble young character, one of an old kind.

This year Jason played two performances at the legendary East Coast Blues Festival, and was raved about by the festival's director Peter Noble as "A true highlight and talk of the festival". His first release "Before we chase the sky" has sold over 1000 copies independently with the tunes gaining consistent triple j airplay and an unearthed No 1 chart ranking. In September 2008, he went to America on a quest for experience, for writing and to grow as a musician.
