ICHABODS CRANE
"Hauntingly beautiful" Scene magazine
Ichabod's Crane plays some dusky alt-folk tunes... and with the addition of a drummer and cellist in the past few months, her sound has taken on some ambient new layers. Reverberating loops from the cello, drum beats, acoustic and electric guitar, and keys, intertwine with intriguing poetic lyrics, to bring to the listener a sumptuous audial feast.
Ichabod's Crane has played at Peat's Ridge '08-'09, at Meow to the Moon festival '08, as well as at venues in Brisbane, Melbourne, & Tokyo. She worked with Portuguese artist, 'the Partisan Seed', last year, on the duet 'Ofelia.' Ichabod's Crane is delighting in the ever-unfolding musical journey.
