ANIMA

Anima - the latest pseudonym from Scottish electronic musician hailing from the grimy underground warehouse party scene in Glasgow, where he has been a mainstay on the scene there for the past five years. He has since relocated to Australia in the past year and is establishing a foothold in the emerging experimental electronic scene here in Sydney with his unique sonic approach. His most recent project, Anima, creates deep atmospheres digitally and with live percussion makes this an experience not to be missed. His idiosyncratic style has been described as ranging from, 'Ambient electro whisperings that gently swirl like a digital breeze' to 'Snaking synth lines and fuzzy dub riffs that throb over off-tempo skeletal beats.'
